Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with the exception of briefly checking if an apparel item fits, and in the same condition that you received it.

Products that are intimate or must remain sanitary for resale, such as underwear and socks, are not eligible for being returned unless it was never removed from its original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on your order, please email support@reynartcreations.com detailing the issues so that an appropriate Problem Report can be filed and addressed.

When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you at the email address you used for the order.

Wrong Address – If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or the person it is for (if and as applicable).

ReynArt Creations does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges may be offered on a case by case basis, which is why it is important to email support@reynartcreations.com BEFORE attempting to initiate a return. If a return or exchange is permitted, a new order would need to be placed for the face mask or a product in another size. The cost to ReynArt Creations or the customer depends on the circumstances of the return request and the feasibility of covering the cost. The return request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons

Therefore ReynArt Creations reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.


Refunds may be offered on a case by case basis in accordance with the refunds and returns policy (see Overview section).

Refunds will not be offered for any product which is not accepted for return, for any instance of buyer’s remorse or no longer having interest in the product after purchase, for products that have been determined to have been used or damaged after being received by the customer, for any product that has been removed from its original packaging and is considered “sealed goods” or goods which cannot be considered suitable for return after opening due to sanitary, health, or hygiene reasons, or for any orders where the information provided for the order was incorrect, including wrong address, selecting a wrong size by mistake, or other misinformation given by the consumer. Exchanges may be considered for mistaken orders or size adjustments in accordance with the exchange policy below.


Exchanges may be arranged on a case by case basis by emailing support@reynartcreations.com with the order details and reason for requesting an exchange, as well as with what product you wish to make the exchange. To complete an exchange, the consumer must cover the cost of shipping the item to be exchanged back to the fulfillment facility (see the appropriate shipping address to use under the Shipping Returns section). Once the facility has received the return, another order for the desired exchange item will be placed manually on the consumer’s behalf. If the exchanged item in the new order is of equal value to the item returned, no further action is needed from the consumer. If the item of exchange in the new order is worth more, the consumer must pay the difference before the order will be placed. If the item of exchange in the new order is worth less than the returned item, an arrangement for a gift certificate can be made for the difference which can only be applied to purchases through the ReynArt Creations store or through the artist directly.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return postage will NOT be covered by ReynArt Creations/Dana Yost or any associated printing or shipping companies. If you do wish to make a return, please FIRST email support@reynartcreations.com to discuss the issue with the product and see if any alternatives are appropriate to your needs. If a return is necessary and it is a product printed by the usual partner printing company for apparel and physical items, please package the product with a copy of the order information and receipt, address it to the attention of ReynArt Creations Returns, and send it to the appropriate address by your region:

NOTE: These addresses are only for product returns. All other types of correspondence (notices, letters, etc.) sent to these address will be returned to the sender, as they are not legally permitted to open correspondence that’s not addressed to them, as the printing organization.
